Abby Slagle, CMP
Director, Marketing & Events

Abby is responsible for leading the ICR Event Planning and Management team, including overseeing the development and expansion of the firm’s events portfolio and management of the firm’s flagship annual conference with attendance of over 2,500.
In addition, she facilitates and implements marketing strategies and activities for the firm including branding, communication, advertising and event planning.
During her time at ICR, she has been instrumental in the transition to virtual and hybrid event management.
Prior to joining ICR, Abby served as Assistant Vice President at Piper Sandler where she spent 12 years in marketing and events. She led a portfolio of diverse programs ranging in size from 20 – 3,000 attendees from initiation to post-event analytics.
Abby received a B.A. in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
Caitlin Burke
Managing Director, Marketing & Events

Caitlin is responsible for overseeing all marketing, sponsorship and communication aspects of the firm’s three day annual ICR Conference that occurs every January with an attendance of over 2,500. In addition, she formulates and implements all marketing strategies and activities for the firm including branding, client communication, advertising, event planning and strategic partnerships. In 2015, she lead the exploration, development and execution of ICR’s new brand identity, website and integrated practice platform.
Prior to joining ICR, Caitlin spent over 15 years in advertising and brand management, most recently at Subway Restaurants where she spent 6 years leading their media, strategic events and branded content efforts working closely with major network TV partners.
Caitlin received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
Jade Karow

Jade has been a valuable member of ICR for over 10 years. As an event professional, she specializes in seamlessly orchestrating ICRs virtual and in-person event productions, leveraging her diverse skill set honed across prestigious firms. Her expertise extends beyond management and internal coordination into the realm of event planning, where she’s worked with clients and vendors to build memorable experiences and managed logistical intricacies with finesse.
Jade also plays an integral role in the annual ICR Conference. With over 2500 attendees, she and the team work year round to plan and flawlessly execute the multi-faceted event.
